I am also now taking clients at Oakley Gym, Tunbridge Wells and you don’t need to be a member for me to train you there! I also work online so if you have access to basic or equipment but are not based in the South East of the UK i can still coach you and give you a bespoke personalised programme (I have coached people in Australia, France, America and Germany!). My app means I can coach you from anywhere! You will receive a bespoke personalised training experience which will improve your personal clarity, focus and motivation.

As a CBT Therapist and life coach i will help you become the best version of yourself. I offer online coaching to help you reach your goals in all areas of your life. I can help you with anything from anxiety, healing your relationship with food and your body, confidence in yourself, motivation and lots more! With over 2 years of experience and having helped lots of women I would love to help you too.
This coaching is also suitable if you suffer from binge eating or bad eating habits. We don’t focus on weigh-ins or aesthetic goals; this is about focusing on you and your health, including your mental health. I teach you hope to listen to hunger and fullness cues and intuitively eat without any food restrictions. You will have food freedom and learn how to listen to your body without any “rules”.
This style of coaching has become popular for me, especially with clients who suffer from binge eating, and I have seen a massive changes in them all, with months of no restrictions, binges or food guilt!

Public speaking to all sizes of audiences. My story of underweight with no confidence and being in the fashion industry with a top model agency for 6 years to healthy strong woman - mentally and physically - and becoming an entrepreneur. From this journey I inspire and motivate people on all levels but my topics are body image, eating disorders (how to spot the signs and recovery), confidence and self love in today's society, social media pressures (and how to not let these affect you mentally), the modelling industry and its affect on young people, (what is real and what is not). I also can speak about nutrition or fitness in more depth to certain audiences if this is something you are interested in. For example i speak to models about nutrition, how to eat well, living a healthy lifestyle and their benefits.
I am a ambassador for BEAT charity and like to give a small donation to charity from doing speeches.
